Wholesale accounts will only be considered for legitimate retail outlets.  You must provide us with your ABN number.


Upon our acceptance of your application for a Wholesale Trading account, a detailed wholesale pricelist will be provided to you.  Please note that, as we are importers and subject to foreign exchange movements, our published price list can occasionally change.  Upon receipt of your order, we will provide you with an Order Confirmation email which will include current prices. Order confirmations are valid for 30 days.


We do not have a minimum order quantity or value.  


Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from French Linen confirming your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours of ordering and we will at this time advise you of the availability and expected shipment date of your ordered items. You will be emailed a pro forma invoice prior to shipment and all goods will be held for up to 5 business days pending receipt of full payment. (A deposit may be required for large orders.)  Once an order has been accepted by you, it is in effect an offer by you to purchase a product for the total price (including delivery and GST) as specified in the pro forma invoice.  We will only ever invoice you for goods that are packed and awaiting shipment.


We aim to ship all  orders within 3 business days of receipt of payment.  Delivery is by our freight carrier. Freight charges are based on the cost to French Linen.  We do not charge freight on backorders.


We do not at this time offer accounts - all orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.  We accept payment by Cheque, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Paypal, and Bank Transfers.
