At French Linen, customer satisfaction is our first priority. 

Most orders ship within 3-5 days, however, depending on stock availability some items may take 2-3 weeks (if any item is expected to take more than 10 working days from order date we will advise you by email of the expected shipment date).   Shipments to addresses within Australia will be sent via Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery.  Upon shipment a tracking number will be sent to your  email address.  Shipments to addresses outside of Australia will be sent via Australia Post International and the expected delivery date and tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.  If the shipment is delayed beyond 10 working days, we will notify you by email.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us (unused and in its original packaging) within 14 days of the shipment date and we will happily provide you with a refund (less shipment costs), exchange it or provide you with a store credit.
