Shipping and Returns Policy
At French Linen, customer satisfaction is our first priority.
Most orders ship within 3-5 days, however, depending on stock availability some items may take 2-3 weeks (if any item is expected to take more than 10 working days from order date we will advise you by email of the expected shipment date). Shipments to addresses within Australia will be sent via Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. Upon shipment a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Shipments to addresses outside of Australia will be sent via Australia Post International and the expected delivery date and tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. If the shipment is delayed beyond 10 working days, we will notify you by email. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duty or other charges levied by your local authorities.
If you fail to collect your parcel it will be returned to French Linen by Australia Post (in the case of International Shipments, by your local postal authority by sea freight). French Linen cannot take responsibility for unclaimed shipments and will only approve a refund upon receipt of the goods in saleable condition (less original shipping costs). Reshipment charges apply.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us (unused and in its original packaging) within 14 days of the shipment date and we will happily provide you with a refund (less shipment costs), exchange it or provide you with a store credit.
